      The culture and people are excellent. We have leaders who care, the quality of work is very high and we have a very talented group of people

      It feels like the culture is slowly being chipped away by the larger WT/WPP group which is demoralising for employees. Key people are now considering their future

      - Alot of enterprise customers that will allow for big, interesting projects that look good on a resume - Good place to build experience consulting for large companies

      Cons

      - Below market raises - Gradually scaled back benefits packages a little at a time - Too many layers of bureaucracy & inter-agency politics are really tough
