Some highly experienced person who is on senior designations just because of the number of experiences they have should be replaced by skilled people which is very important for organization growth. Innovation, Transparency, and communication within the team are missing. A true leader creates more leader. 3. Policy regarding on-site opportunities, growth, promotions should be very clear and transparent. 4. Rare team outings and other benefits,
