      Pros

      Autonomy for the right people. Travel is payed at a very generous rate. Vans are new and well looked after. Dedication and hard work are rewarded.

      The type of work is good

      Cons

      New management come in with great ideas but only one persons ideas count. HR always Touting awards on social media for best managed company but can’t stop the mass exodus with poor internal moral . Wages are poor , don’t Match similar industries so people leave . Lack of training . Lack of trade recognition.
