      Writech is an exceptional place to work, offering a supportive, inclusive, and innovative environment. Managers are very approachable & supportive. There is a company Gym which is a great benefit to have. There is many company events and team building opportunities. There is a very collaborative culture team members are always willing to lend a hand, share knowledge, and work together towards common goals

      The type of work is good

      Cons

      New management come in with great ideas but only one persons ideas count. HR always Touting awards on social media for best managed company but can’t stop the mass exodus with poor internal moral . Wages are poor , don’t Match similar industries so people leave . Lack of training . Lack of trade recognition.
