High turnover is always a challenge, and we understand the impact it can caused on the team and company culture. As we are scaling and expanding, we monitor the attrition number very closely and we have been successful in keeping the attrition number to below 3% every month.
To improve employee welfare, Write Edge has rolled out many new initiatives in the past year such as, Team Bonding, Cross-functional Meetings, Teacher Huddles, Teacher Bonding Events. With these and future programs, coupled with our continuous feedback system, we hope to continue keep our employee engagement and retention healthy.
We noted on your feedback on back to back classes and high pressure to retain students, we will look into this to see how we can better improve and prioritise our teacher welfare.
