Pros
Really laid back environment. A lot of communication between the supervisors and the employees.
Cons
Sometimes it was evident that certain employee's opinions were considered less than others. Obvious weak workers were spared any time of criticism or termination due to what I'd consider unwillingness to hire a new employee.
