      Pros

      Undergraduate Admissions Office - supervisors do not micromanage, but are always there to help out. Staff works together as a team. Not much "politics" like there are in some companies. Benefits are amazing!

      Difficult to implement change at times.

      Very relaxing work environment, as long as students are helped it’s good to study there and get work done
