Exeptionally Poor Management - Accounting Wright State University Employee Review

Raises have been abysmal, either nothing at all, or 2%. Doesn't keep up with inflation, my real living wage is less than it was 5 years ago. Staff are not appreciated, there is no interest in keeping experienced staff, pay is so low that hiring qualified staff into open positions is nearly impossible, and new staff are hired in at higher pay rates than staff who have been at the university for years.
