Pros
Wright has great end user products, good resources and decent training tools. Pay ( in Australia ) is reasonable, and bonuses if achieved are payable quarterly.
Cons
Management, toxic culture and clicky groups. If you aren't in the inner circle forget any thought of advancement. A nightmare to work in. Anyone good leaves, and the dregs remain. The worst environment I have worked in - ever, anywhere. Sales targets totally unrealistic, and goal posts often change mid year, they seem to do anything possible to avoid paying bonuses.
