Pros
You are assigned work immediately upon on-boarding. It is a small company (less than 10 people) so you get to know everyone within the office. You get to work directly on deliverables at the analyst level. You will absolutely work no more than 40 hours per week.
Cons
There is zero opportunity for advancement. Management is not open to new ideas. They're really looking for assistants more than analysts. I came into this role really wanting to learn and grow and that was clearly viewed as a problem as opposed to an asset. While I worked in this office, the turnover was incredibly high. There 3 were analyst positions and every single one of them turned over within a one year time period. The environment was honestly toxic; people hated coming into work. The management style is clearly to avoid any issues that arise and hope they go away on their own, which is no way to manage a company with staff. It's also passive aggressive at times.
