      Pros

      I've been working in corporate America for almost 30 years. Wrench Group is as good as it gets. There are good, decent people in leadership roles not only at Wrench, but also in all of the brands throughout the country. I haven't met a jerk yet. I feel fortunate to be employed here and hope this is where I retire. Oh by the way, the company is growing, thriving, and profitable.

      Cons

      Growth is happening fast. There are always challenges with that, but those are not cons. They are nice problems to have.

      Pros

      Wrench Group has a strong mission and plenty of opportunity for feedback and professional development. Great leadership, co-workers and culture. A lot of collaboration and ideas amongst brands and companies.

      Cons

      Because Wrench is a newer company there are some things that need to be built out such as reporting. This is stressful monthly due to a lot of manual data pulls...however they are already looking at getting this within a new system so there is more automation. We are all looking forward to this!
