Pros

Rev manager was understanding and respected his team. Time off was usually given, benefits were good.

Cons

Promise of growth opportunities that never arose. Stagnant. Sold out the people loyal to them. the company purchased YourMechanic and terminated dozens of employees once the platforms were merged. by email early into the work day. invited them to a conference call where everyone but the COO was muted, are only allowed into the office to retrieve personal belongings outside of office hours because they can't face the people they wronged.

Thank you for your review. A reduction in force is always a difficult decision to make for any company and weighed heavily on those involved in the process. Although there are few inaccuracies in your review, we respect your point of view. We encourage you to reach out to the HR department if you are still currently employed by the company for further clarification behind this reduction in force.

Pros

Great management team who keep things organized and running smoothly. Co-workers are good to work with and helpful when you need assistance. It's a good learning environment where you can expand your knowledge and dive into new things.

Cons

If you are open to learning new things, learning can be great, but if you are not looking to stretch a little, the push to be versatile may get a little overwhelming.

Pros

The only Pro, was when it was YM (Your Mechanic)and not Wrench. Management was very attentive and actually cared about you.

Cons

Wrench got rid of 90% of YM Management and fell down the drain. Thier current operations are a mess. Managers have a high turn around rate and never return emails or phone calls. Get ready for a painful contract experience. They rarely feed you any jobs. I had at one point, 50 hours of availability a week and they gave me like 2.hrs. The pay scales are bad and start at $50 hr. No gas compensation or any bonus.
