      Great people Awesome culture caring & generous with their employees very flexible in terms of a work life balance, time off high achievers, renowned specialists on board - we are learning from the best! People with real love for IP

      Cons

      Partnership scenario can be bit challenging i.e. having multple masters, but the CEO does terrific job at flattening this stucture right out over to one of fairness, availability and proactiveness.
