1. They have awesome people awesome work culture. 2. They respect personal time and even encourage you to take a comp off , If you have been really busy lately. 3. There's a flat hierarchy in the organisation and everyone's input is equally valued. 4. They focus on your personal growth with company and give you many opportunities to try new things.
Cons
Nothing really, It's a startup so you might have to go beyond what you expect but that only leads to more growth and experience.
