Pros
Nice patients and lots of benefit options but have to pay high cost premiums and deductibles
Cons
Low pay, no support, variable census, no coverage for holidays or time off, high patient acuity, orders for patients don’t get processed, managers are too busy to help, upper management is nowhere to be found except for sending out emails, push to work every day, document same day but no support with questions and no admin time to catch up, patients spread out lots of driving and if you can’t see more patients, they will write you up to HR. Don’t recommend this employer.
