- It requires A LOT of hard work and time to build up your book of business. You have to buy in and sacrifice in the short term. It will take you about 1 year to break the draw and start reaping the benefits of the commissions. - Some of the candidates you speak with will drive you insane. - This goes for any recruitment job, but the job is really 7 days a week.
