The management staff above me is always working super hard to create a safe working environment and goes above and beyond should anything disrupt the work place.

There is some drama from time to time but that happens when you work with a bunch of teenagers.

Very open and nice upper management Co-workers are great, almost like one giant family Very flexible almost like a family run company never had an issue getting people to work for me

Some deck supervisors can sometimes be rude, inconsiderate, power hungry, and very demanding Pay isn't very good Benefits suck No room for advancement Health code isn't strictly followed
