Good Summer Job - Swim Coach Worthington Pools Employee Review

The management staff above me is always working super hard to create a safe working environment and goes above and beyond should anything disrupt the work place.

There is some drama from time to time but that happens when you work with a bunch of teenagers.

- Pay was decent for the position - Most recent management was not unbearable to work with

- Management changed several times in my two years of working here - The culture at this job isn't the best (before there was absolutely no disciplinary actions taken towards staff, now there is too much)
