      You will get to work with some great people if they last more then 3 months.

      Cons

      If you have to work for the brother of the CEO, the best thing for you to do is leave right away. To many good people have left this "company" for it to ever be successful.

      Smaller company which created opportunity to be utilized in a larger capacity.

      Cons

      Sometimes hours were longer than anticipated but it wasn't often. The team all bought into the vision of the company so we were all there because we wanted to be there.
