PRESIDENT / Company - The business has been losing money for years. The President continues to burn through cash on his personal pet projects which include lavish trips, car rentals and catered dinners events. - The President lacks any type of vision and has FAIL to complete any digital transformations projects. - Company does not comply with any regulations. You will find yourself in constant moral dilemma. - The President speaks to employees in a derogatory voice and you will hear constant cursing and yelling within the office. - The President is too scared to directly fire any employee. He has a colleague give the news to any employees. - The President loves to have multiple meets at once. You might find yourself in a meeting when the President picks up the phone to book an appointment with his barber. - The President lacks all technical knowledge and sometime suffers from amnesia when it comes to business discussions. He is a micromanager and constantly delays and sabotages projects depending on his daily mood. Culture: - A bunch of old white men run the company with a good ole boy’s mentality. If you are not apart of the inner circle then you will face resistance at all corners. - No work from home allowed. The President wants to see people in the office even though he travels majority of the year. - Christmas party held once a year at Fogo De Chao. Salary: - Company refuses to pay current market rates. - The President will never pay out bonuses when its at his discretionary. - The President constantly looks to trim or let go of employees. Benefits: - Full-time employees are not able to participant in benefits until 6 months of working for WG. - Low 401k match and requires a vesting period of 5 years. - High premiums for family plans. - 1 week vacation for new employees. COVID Update: - Company has completed 3-4 rounds of layoffs. - Company has reduced all employee salary by 12.5%. The President has used other shady methods to make up for pay loss for his favorite employees.
