We have recently undertaken a full review of all salaries within the business and increased all salaries in recognition of the rise in the cost of living.
As a business, we believe in the value of face-to-face interactions and deem important for the company culture that our staff returns to the office. Therefore, we have introduced a hybrid working model (2.5 days/week) so our people can have a more balanced approach to work. We are proud to offer a flexible approach depending on circumstances due to family commitments, personal or medical reasons, and we welcome international colleagues who work remotely.
We are actively reviewing our policies, procedures, and employee onboarding experience – this is a personal priority of mine for 2023.
We won't always get it right, however, we will always listen, reflect, and learn so we can do better in the future.
