Be wise to look more into your manager during interviews, surely they also can change later. The majority are great and excellent but you may meet the internationally emotional bullying one when you are less important one day. Suggest to conduct some trainings to those managers have lack of people management skills, they truly demotivate team members with no sense. We work for Worldpay because the company brand and culture, we are getting paid to deliver better and improve our works but not for accepting those unreasonable bullying.
