Pros
Everyone from CEO right through the ranks all communicate at the same level daily at tea breaks. I have really great colleagues that organise monthly get togethers, nights away, pizza lunches, football etc... There is a matched pension up to 6% that is really great. Location just off the M50 and beside the Luas stop is great getting to and from the office. Aside from all of the above the tech team is full of extremely talented engineers that deliver a quality product that is a leader in the market. Everyone on the development team has access to the full stack and suggestions from team members are regularly key parts of major releases. There is also great career potential with no boundaries on roles that members can move into. If you work hard, have the right attitude and appropriate skills you can go in the direction you want.
Cons
Sometimes the learning curve can be steep and there is nowhere to get an exact answer as Worldnet are usually early adopters of 3rd party platforms but this can also be seen as a positive for an engineer as they love to solve problems and being the first is exciting.
