Pros & cons - Communication/Marketing Specialist Worldline Employee Review

- Big company with many entities & divisions - a lot of complexities - Many recent changes in processes, strategies etc. - not easy to navigate - Taking a decision by management takes sometimes a lot of time - due to that some projects & topics stay unfinished even for years - You get extra work & responsibilities because of high management's decision, and nobody asks you/your team/your manager if you agree with that, if you have resources etc. - Getting a salary increase - very, very difficult - Career opportunities - rather limited
