- You get to do an interesting job - Colleagues are usually nice - Career opportunities are great internally, but the compensation is really not satisfactory

- They drain you and won't pay a fair salary for the job - Atmosphere can be toxic at times - Certain employees do not know what their place is and try to push around other employees for their own benefit - The company is not organised - No benefits - No competitive salary
