Pros
Worldgate considers skill, education and passionate personalities when building client teams, anticipating a tight-knit team can achieve numerous successful goals together. There is no traditional "client/contractor" relationship, but a "all-on-one-team" culture. There's also great opportunities for advancement and leadership is always there to discuss future endeavors.
Cons
There's a lot of competition from the many other applicants who applied for the job. Thankfully I stood out and Worldgate's leadership recognized this quality.
