Pros

Lots of isolated work time, not much stressful work. Good development of knowledge in assembly components, imaging and mirroring for SSD’s and RAM.

Cons

Can be slow if even boring sometimes, will not provide much room for growth outwards as is the nature of the role.

Pros

Decent PTO and Benefits, Friendly Co-workers, thats about it, unless you like stale coffee and cold leftover pizza every other week from sales meetings as your "free lunch". Decent starting tech job if you're just getting into the industry, Good for kids fresh out of college/high school.

Cons

TERRIBLE PAY. I mean like 25-30k less a year than what you should be making as an Integration Specialist in 2025. All the ice cream and dumb HR events in the world can't make up for what they pay you here. Lots of micro management and nepotism as well, People in the company that have family working there get all the OT that is "promised" to you during the hiring process. Expect to work 9+ hours a day working 730/8am - 5/530 pm. and you better make your lunch only a half hour if you want to see your promised "49k a year" salary. No growth either unless again you were a nepotism hire or know someone in the company. The actual integration work where all the OT is (database moves and installs) is again only given to one or two people usually in the team. The rest of the work you will be doing is glorified warehouse work, plug in, DOA test, take pictures and record inventory. Not much of a tech job at all. You will get stuck doing other things when work is slow, expect to dedicate your time to bigger meaningless projects and doing imaging work even though you were hired as an integration specialist.
