Pros
The only positive, was working with the other employees, that were not executives or managers. There are a handful of good people that deserve better than to be stuck in that place.
Cons
The company is run with a very specific type of employee in mind. Stopping short of calling it sexist and racist, but it is very apparent what is wanted by the upper management and who fits into that mold. There can never be an independent thought brought forward by anyone, without it being shot down by the owner. It is his way, or you are managed out of the company. There is always talk of culture, but the only culture that exists is a negative and miserable environment. Presenting a 70 page PowerPoint on culture, does not mean that you have or understand culture, and is seen as trying to over compensate for what is lacking. Titles are merely a formality, people are hired based on a number and type that is wanted, experience is a formality, and there is no management on ANY level that is constructive. There is no semblance of leadership in the executive, director, or HR level. It has to be a clue that a company after 15 years, has grown minimally. I would never recommend the company to anyone for anything. If you are thinking about applying, please read the other reviews and consider if it is worth sacrificing your morality, and the suffering of working there. The one review that was a positive, was obviously fake and spoke to nothing of the true nature of the business.
