Pros

- Working with extremely smart and humble people - Solving challenging and creative problems - Having much autonomy to work on various projects, minimal micromanagement - The environment is meritocratic and entrepreneurial - Very competitive compensation and benefits - Relatively flat and approachable organizational structure - True global company (with 26 offices in 15 countries and counting), promoting inter-office communications, sharing ideas, learning from various cultures and perspectives, etc - Turnover was very low since I joined , which is great (I assume that some reviews refer to pre-2014 WQ, which is very different place to work now from what I can observe)

Cons

- Nothing major. A minor thing, but probably more emphasis could be put into providing healthy snacks, etc.

Pros

Opportunity to work with extremely bright and driven colleagues. Strong emphasis on technology and data-driven decision-making. Competitive compensation packages and great office perks in the Austin tech hub.

Cons

The workload can be intense with high expectations for delivery. The proprietary nature of the work means using many in-house tools rather than industry-standard open source. Can feel siloed depending on which specific project or team you are assigned to.
