      Pros

      Not a lot of turnover, but the wrong people got promoted and good people left.

      Cons

      It's likethe mgrs were insecure or paranoid or something. Too much gossipy and talking , like a little small town. Too much secrecy! Weird Halloween, costumes. Kinda like a cult in some ways.

      Feels like a non-profit; lots of fun employee events. Plenty of swag. Employee 1:1

      Leadership isn't always in agreement and it shows; lack of knowledge of running a business
