Pros

The people are great Perks are good and free breakfast everyday is extremely rare.

Cons

A rigid top down approach to key aspects of employee engagement. For example, there is no hiring policy and was told that 2 people need to leave for one person to be replaced. This created unnecessary pressure and workload on teams across the business. No support for further development in any departments across the business. No concern for unhealthy work/life balance. The caliber of candidates that are hired across the business is decreasing.

A perfect place for personal growth in a fast moving fin tech environment. Lovely and supportive people working with you. Super diverse and harmonious culture! Great new office location next to the Tower bridge!

Cons

High standard of measuring performance. Need to keep coping with changes and fast growing business.
