- Long hours - Clear discrimination against non Chinese speakers - All of the systems are in Chinese so if you don't speak the language you are naturally at a disadvantage - If you are not Chinese it will be hard for you to grow within the organisation due to feeling like you are on the outside - In meetings the Chinese speakers will speak in Chinese instead of English - All the decision making happens in China so the UK office is just there to execute
