Pros
WorldChicago is a lot of fun, and a great place to get intern experience. It's a small staff, and all of them are very welcoming and treat interns like integral staff (as they should be treated!). Summer is their busiest time, so if you work for them during the summer months, you will be given some pretty interesting tasks/responsibilities, like taking delegations out on meetings/excursions.
Cons
I can't really think of any pros--they could be more organized, but they do good work and get things done, which is what's most important. There is no opportunity for interns to become full-time employees, which is a bummer, but is due to the fact that their staff is so small.
