      Pros

      The company while growing extremely fast always has in mind of how to staff are improving and takes decisive actions so the staff are constantly being empowered.

      Cons

      I had not had any complaints to make being a staff member there, because management really cared ensured the staff where taken care of.

      Pros

      The pay is competitive for the region. Teaching is also fun as you see students go from no coding experience to webmaster material. The bosses are pretty chill too.

      Cons

      At the moment most positions are only part time. That is because most students want evening classes as opposed to classes through out the day. However, as the company grows in the next six months this should change.
