Poor management and really bad planning - UX Design intern World Simplified Employee Review

Good for people looking to begin their career with an organisation

Chaotic and no structured work frame. The leads provide one direction today and then completely change it the next day. Doesn’t seem like moving forward to a common goal the company is trying to achieve. No point of going an extra mile because seemingly the internship will never turn into a paid position(over the past 2 years they have hired at least 30 interns and none of them were offered paid role) . No significant learning curve

- Bearable as first short-time internship (3 months) in UX/UI. - There is a nice atmosphere among the UX/UI interns.

- As another person mentioned before, there is no clear direction nor working structure. The Senior Designer used to make changes in the designs sometimes without following any design standard, or giving any explanation (just because they like more in another way). - There is a great lack of communication and transparency. For example, despite having a team of Product Owners, there is no communication between Product Owners and UX/UI Designers, paradoxically.
