      Working with products that have numerous uses and benefits. Being able to learn and explore different marketing mediums.

      Cons

      Lack of true management or leadership. The owner is not hands on with the office and the "Manager" doesn't give leadership or efficiently do their jobs.

      Great atmosphere, great benefits, great schedule, great people, and you get to hear some great experiences

      Pros

      You get to help people, help themselves. There is a generous in store credit in place of Insurance.

      Cons

      The manager here will make you miserable if you offend her in anyway. The employees there are clicky. Liking you one day and firing you the next. There is a high turnover here because of the management and fact that you will be fired over nothing if you step on ANY toes.
