      Pros

      Great small company feel with some decent people working. Most people are just trying to earn a living and there is a relaxed atmosphere for the most part.

      Cons

      There is no real leadership and or direction for the company. They tell about being a top 10 independent distributor but really they're a broker. The good accounts get stolen by family members after they've been developed. There is also very little monetary incentive if you are not a senior sales person.

      Pros

      Decent work life balance. Free alcohol bar for Sales people. Unlimited PTO and decent compensation.

      Cons

      At the beginning on my job everything was pretty decent, but in the last 3 years the COO has gone senile and started treating everyone like garbage. He acts like a child and sill slam things down, throw things, and curse at you for the smallest reason . The company is a sales organization and a distributor. The CEO and sales management would lie and cheat the customer and you to put an extra 4 dollars in their pocket.
