Pros
It's not hard to get time off when you request it. The pace is not super fast. Actually its very relaxed, and easy going.
Cons
Management is not professional. The review process is bogus and not based on your actual preformance more about how not to increase your salary. Training is poor, you have to figure alot of it out on your own.
