Cons
Corporate has no idea what employees go through on a daily basis. Unrealistic goals set every single day without any accolades given at any point. Dangerous amount of shoplifters that will get violent, harass you, steal hundreds of dollars of merchandise every single day and you are expected to try and dissuade them from doing so, no hours given, no recognition ever, current employees are expected to train new employees no matter how long those other employees have been there (a person that has been with the company for 2 weeks has to train someone for their first day OFTEN), no formal training over all employees creating gaps in processes and learning, forced to discriminate against the homeless, forced to deal with an ancient system of signing customers up via there phone yet it doesn't work half the time creating unhappy customers, work moral is garbage as there is a high turn over rate, LOW LOW LOW LOW PAY AND NO RAISES
