Pros
Decent benefits and paid time off - IF you are a FT Supervisor. If you're not, then you can just bank on getting a nice discount which is good if you like to shop here.
Cons
People are grossly underpaid (except the general manager) and overworked. This company has a nasty habit of throwing as much work as physically and mentally possible and not giving you the resources to do it. Simply saying "you'll just have to make it work". The HR dept at the corporate office supports disciplining and berating employees who call the HR hotline because it made the GMs life inconvenient to have to deal with an issue. The review process is unfair and weighted so that everyone scores as a "Needs Improvement" which prevents anyone from getting a raise. No one can meet this companies unbelievably high and unreasonable expectations and every is punished because of it. This place seriously made me hate working in retail. I will never make that mistake again.
