Pros
-One of the best reasons to work here is the employee discount. -At this location the sales associates are very personable. They will help you get through your day.
Cons
-Explorer Program is basically forced down your throat. -Extremely poor management. -The pay is basically a joke based on how much you are required to do. -A lot of pressure is put on department heads to basically run the store instead of the Supervisors/GM who get paid to do that. -Hours are also a joke. They hire more people to work, when the ones on staff are screaming, begging and pleading for more hours.
