      Acquiring new agencies and sharing carriers.

      Cons

      Do not act quickly to replace roles. Use acquisitions after the first year to move books of business instead of hiring to replace employees. Incredibly slow to act. Reactive not proactive. Will promise you a promotion to stay but will not deliver or will give to someone else.

      Pros

      World is a growing organization with ample opportunity to learn and develop for everyone. We stay true to our stated vision, mission and values. We have a strong desire to serve our clients by helping to protect what they have through insurance. By learning World's systems, processes and procedures you can have a very successful career here. The people are great here and wonderful to work with.

      Pros

      Good 401k match. No vesting period. Benefits overall decent. PTO. Early closures.

      Cons

      Training doesn't happen. Very sink or swim culture. Good young talent is wasted by management that only cares about tenure. Management is impossible to reach as is HR. Pay raises are a joke as is the performance review process. They claim to have a set structure, metrics and growth plans for employees but rate and promote on vibes only. Pay bands low for industry
