Company Doesn’t Care - Cybersecurity World IT Solutions Employee Review

I have been working with WITS for about a year now. They have always treated me with respect and assisted when I needed guidance. Even though this is a company that employs mostly contract positions, I have never had to worry about whether or not I would have someone to answer my questions. The recruiters remain an active point of contact to help with things like promotions, new contract openings, and gaining certifications- which is a program that is offered as part of the benefits.

There really are not any cons. If you are a hard worker and want to gain experience in the federal contracting world, this is a perfect place to work.

I work on the corporate side of WITS, and I have never worked for a company that cares about their employees the way that WITS does. The company seeks out veterans and offers several incentives that other companies do not offer. Yearly bonuses, paid time off, paid holidays, employee of the month, birthday gifts, and health insurance and 401k. You won't find many other companies that have employees on the same contracts that offer those things.

I cannot think of any cons.
