Pros
The people who work in the UK are decent, talented hard workers and good people. But they won't stick around because its a horrible place to work.
Cons
This is hands down the worst business I've ever encountered. No clue how to create and implement strategy means they keep making dumb moves, firing everyone purely because they don't have a strategy. The treat their customers like utter garbage, lie to their staff on a daily basis and they don't pay on time, have pathetic benefits and pretend things will 'get better as we grow' which isn't true at all they have no intention, zero of improving. Everyone is disposable at a moments notice so there's a culture of distrust and the constant worry you won't be able to pay your mortgage and bills because they'll fire you with zero notice, zero compensation.
