Pros
Friendly group of engineers trying to be managers/directors that mean well. Very interesting and rewarding work that you can be proud of.
Cons
They will bleed you whilst telling you "Thanks we wont for get this..." and then they immediately forget it unless it pertains to the select directors or vp's.
