It's clear that management cares about the staff - not just the quality of their work but who they are as people. Upper management supports a good environment by hiring Deli Managers that know that they're doing and are willing and able to show less experienced folks the ropes. Management also is careful to remove employees who aren't pulling their weight.

It's a retail environment so you couldn't retire off of the pay, but you do get a discount at the store and a flexible schedule.

This is a small company needing direction. The owners are good people with good intentions. They have a vision of food with Middle Eastern and Mediterranean influences. The potential is there.

Lack of experience, lack of product knowledge, lack of marketing, and lack of leadership will be this company's demise. Below industry standard wages, over worked staff, high turn over rate is compounding to their problems.
