Cons
Look, I'd love to play first base for the Yankees and get $10 million a season, but that plan didn't pan out. And I don't have a Harvard education. So, yeah, this might not pay me $150,000 a year, but at the same time, I don't expect it to. I wish the chairs, desks, and computers were all brand new, but again, let's be real.
