      Good but strict coaching for training development

      Cons

      Only the strongest will appreciate the culture of self development. I worked almost ten years and it helped me to find GLC job with my current expertise. WTC gave me full insurance coverage but I am not ready for leadership role

      Fun, family like culture within colleagues and management

      Cons

      Competitive culture within colleagues. Salary need to negotiate and justify if you know your worth. Small increment.
