Pros
The atmosphere is excellent. Positivity from every employee top to bottom. I've worked here for less than a year and I've gone from $500 a week to $800 a week because of the work that I've put in. I like that it is performance based but not entirely commission based. I just saw someone get promoted into a new market and I plan to be among the next.
Cons
The hours can be long once you get into a management role due to overseeing others progression, however the money's worth it.
