Unsatisfied with management, systems, and compensation - Anonymous employee World Centric Employee Review

I wish I had more positive feedback to give, but the truth is that World Centric has many problems and employee turnover is rampant. Within 1.5 months, the company has gone through 3 Director of Operations and in general, management is extremely poor. There is no standard way of doing things, people just try different methods and don't tend to share information with each other, which makes for a highly inefficient workplace.
